EMBASSY OF PARAGUAY IN ROC (TAIWAN)

Diplomatic relations between the Republic of China (Taiwan) and the Republic of Paraguay were formally established on July 12, 1957, with the Embassy in Taiwan officially opening in 1976. As Taiwan's sole diplomatic ally in South America, Paraguay holds a unique geographic significance as Taiwan's Antipode. A direct flight between these two nations represents the furthest distance on Earth—a symbolic challenge that this digital project aimed to bridge.

Commissioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), I was entrusted with the strategic overhaul of the Embassy's digital presence. My role as Art Director involved direct high-level consultations with the Ambassador to define a vision that prioritized both security and accessibility.

Diplomatic Visual Identity — I personally designed the commemorative bilateral logos, symbolizing the enduring bond between the two nations through a balanced and modern aesthetic.

Trilingual Integration — The platform supports a comprehensive trilingual interface (Traditional Chinese, Spanish, and English), ensuring seamless communication for international diplomacy and public service.

Strategic Resource Curation — I coordinated with SENATUR (Paraguay's National Secretariat of Tourism) to curate and integrate high-authority visual assets, showcasing Paraguay's rich cultural heritage and landscapes to a Taiwanese audience.

Security & Efficiency — Beyond aesthetics, the project successfully reinforced the site's cybersecurity infrastructure, creating a safe and efficient digital gateway for citizens and officials alike.
