Business Card Design
The core challenge of this project was to transition a traditional industrial manufacturer into a visually sophisticated brand tailored for the cosmetic industry. The design strategy utilizes sharp color contrasts and minimalist identity systems to elevate the brand's international presence.
Refined Professionalism (Style A) — A centered identity on a clean, all-white field, utilizing Rounded Corner Die-cutting to echo the brand's logo. Printed on Pearlescent Paper, the subtle shimmer creates a tactile resonance with premium skincare packaging.
Tactile Detailing (Style B) — A split-block layout for high information legibility. The use of Localized UV Gloss on the product silhouettes and typography creates a sophisticated contrast against the Matte Finish, highlighting the brand's manufacturing precision.
Structural Durability (Style C) — High-impact brand blue with reversed typography for maximum visual authority. Finished with Double-sided Matte Lamination on premium cardstock to ensure professional durability and a solid hand-feel.
Functional Narrative (Style D) — A Gate-fold design that expands the canvas to showcase a comprehensive product catalog. Using White Ivory Paper, it preserves the raw, organic texture of the material, projecting a balanced sense of honesty and expertise.

Invitation & Exhibition Design
Information-Centric Layout — Features bold placement of dates and booth numbers to strengthen the recipient's memory of the exhibition. Printed on White Ivory paper with a solid-colored envelope to maintain a clean and crisp tone.
Dynamic Slash Design — Uses sharp, diagonal color blocks to convey the vibrant atmosphere of the event, with background patterns outlining the product line. Designed in an A5 spread, we recommend a matte finish combined with localized gloss on key messages to add visual depth.
Elegant Brand Extension — Echoes the design language of the business cards, utilizing spaciousness to present a refined and ethereal brand quality. We recommend using Pearlescent Paper, which delivers a brilliant and elegant visual effect without the need for complex post-processing.

My deepest gratitude goes to the Chairman of I.TA Plastics Tube Co., Ltd. for his visionary support, allowing me to lead students into the heart of industrial production to experience the manufacturing of plastic tubes firsthand. This was an exceptional industry-academia collaboration where students were encouraged to unleash their creative potential and see their designs come to life through professional tube printing processes. This hands-on experience has been immensely rewarding, providing students with invaluable insights into the synergy between design and manufacturing.
